Refund Policy

14-day money-back guarantee. If you subscribe to the Pro plan and are not satisfied, email us within 14 days of your first payment at info@signalshunt.com and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
1. Who processes payments
Payments for SignalsHunt Pro subscriptions are processed by Stripe (stripe.com), a secure payment processor. When you purchase a subscription, your payment contract is with DRICOMM LTD. DRICOMM LTD handles billing, invoices, and VAT compliance.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the Pro plan:
- The 14 days begin on the date of your first successful payment.
- To request a refund, email info@signalshunt.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject line "Refund request".
- We will process the refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- The 14-day window applies to your first payment only. Subsequent monthly renewals are not eligible for refund.
3. Subscriptions and renewals
The Pro plan is billed monthly. Your subscription renews automatically each month on the same date as your initial purchase. You will receive an email receipt for each renewal.
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- From your account settings in the SignalsHunt dashboard
- By emailing info@signalshunt.com
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full Pro access until that date, after which your account reverts to the Free plan. Your data and run history are preserved.
4. When refunds are not available
We do not offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- Refund requests made more than 14 days after the first payment
- Refund requests for subsequent monthly renewal charges (after the first billing cycle)
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service
5. Errors and disputes
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or without authorisation, contact us immediately at info@signalshunt.com. We will investigate and respond within 2 business days. If the charge was in error, we will issue a full refund regardless of the 14-day window.
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, your account may be suspended pending resolution.
