Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using SignalsHunt (the "Service") operated by DRICOMM LTD ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

SignalsHunt is an AI-powered lead generation tool that helps freelancers and agencies identify potential clients in a specified niche. The Service uses your website URL to generate an ideal client profile and finds matching businesses via Google Places, then generates personalised outreach messages.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Plans and Billing

Free Plan

• 1 search run per account (lifetime)
• Up to 5 leads per run
• Access to all generated messages and CRM statuses
• No credit card required

Pro Plan

• Unlimited search runs
• Up to 20 leads per run
• Full run history and CRM management
• Billed monthly at the price displayed at checkout

Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe (stripe.com). When you purchase a Pro subscription, your contract is with DRICOMM LTD. By subscribing, you authorise recurring monthly charges to your payment method until you cancel. Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment by emailing info@signalshunt.com. The 14-day refund applies to your first payment only and is not available for subsequent billing cycles. See our Refund Policy for details.

Cancellations

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until that date. After the period ends your account reverts to the Free plan; your data and run history are preserved. No pro-rata refunds are offered after the 14-day window.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for how you use any leads, messages, or other output generated by the Service. You must not use generated messages or lead data to send spam, unsolicited bulk communications, or any messages that violate CAN-SPAM, the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), or any other applicable law or regulation.

You must not:

• Send cold outreach messages without a lawful basis under applicable law (e.g. legitimate interests for B2B, or consent where required)
• Use the Service for unsolicited mass messaging or any activity that violates anti-spam laws
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute lead data from the Service at scale for resale
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any part of the Service
• Share your account with others or sell access to the Service
• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or harassing
• Attempt to overload or disrupt the Service's infrastructure

DRICOMM LTD is not responsible for any outreach communications you send using the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that your outreach activities comply with all applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice or refund.

5. Intellectual Property

Our IP

The SignalsHunt platform, including its design, code, brand, and functionality, is owned by DRICOMM LTD. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our intellectual property to you.

Your content

You retain ownership of your website content and any data you input. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your website URL and niche queries solely to deliver the Service to you.

Generated output

The leads and messages generated by the Service are provided for your personal business use. We make no claim of ownership over generated output. However, you are solely responsible for how you use generated content and for ensuring your outreach complies with applicable laws.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• We do not guarantee that leads are accurate, up-to-date, or suitable for your business
• Lead data is sourced from Google Places and public websites — we are not responsible for its accuracy
• AI-generated messages are suggestions only — review them before sending
• We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, response rates, or revenue
• The Service may be interrupted for maintenance or due to factors outside our control

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DRICOMM LTD shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage
• Loss of profits, business, data, or goodwill
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers (Anthropic, Google, Supabase, Stripe). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these third-party services. Your use of their services is subject to their own terms and policies.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at info@signalshunt.com. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice within the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
